These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://aaanycorp.com (the “Site”), operated by AAA NY Contracting Corp (“we,” “us,” “our”), 2717 Lurting Ave, Bronx, NY 10469. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Use of the Site

2. Website vs. Services

The Site provides information about our construction, renovation, remodeling, roofing, masonry, sidewalk, facade, and related services across New York City, and allows you to request a free estimate.

Use of the Site does not create a construction contract. Actual services are governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, or service agreement signed by both parties, which controls these Terms in the event of any conflict. Submitting an inquiry or estimate request obligates neither party to proceed.

3. Estimates

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate (typically 30 days).
• General cost information on the Site is not an offer or binding price (see our Disclaimer).
• If site conditions discovered during work materially differ from those visible at assessment (for example, hidden water damage or structural deterioration), scope and pricing changes will be communicated and approved in writing before additional work proceeds, per your service agreement.

4. Scheduling, Access & Authorization

Where you engage us under a written agreement:

• You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the property at scheduled times.
• You represent that you are the property owner or are authorized (e.g., as property manager, board representative, or tenant with owner consent) to commission the work.
• Exterior work is weather-dependent; we will communicate delays promptly.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and payment terms are set out in your service agreement.

5. Permits & Compliance

Where our services include permit management, we apply for and manage permits in good faith and perform work to applicable NYC building codes. Final determinations on permits, inspections, and compliance are made solely by the relevant city agencies, and we do not guarantee agency outcomes or timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content , text, images, project photography, graphics, logos, and the AAA NY Contracting Corp name and branding , is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

7. User Submissions

Information submitted through our forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you provide a review, testimonial, or project photos for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on the Site and in our marketing. You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting us.

8. Third-Party Links & Platforms

The Site links to third-party websites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. This section applies to the Site only; any workmanship or material warranties for performed work are stated in your written service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, AAA NY Contracting Corp and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. 

Our total liability arising from Site use shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies to Site use only and does not limit liability under a signed service agreement or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAA NY Contracting Corp from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bronx County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
